Current Economyby ElaineComment: I like the use of low key here as it is a change (no pun intended lol!), but found my eye roaming around the shot a little too much; needs more of a focal point, maybe one coin tilted up and strongly lit. Still, refreshing to see low key used to drive home the idea of dark economic times. |

For many people, but not for everyone... by WindtaleComment: wonderful story here, looks like a medieval painting with all the rich people feasting and slipping treats to their dogs whilst the peasants sit outside gnawing on crumbs. Lovely detail. Well deserved blue! |

If They Could Just Tell...by gg3rdComment: very nice macro, good comp, lots of texture, lighting great in that it brings out the detail without any harsh glare. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the crop; I know it's a fine line between 'fill the frame' and not having too much space around the coins, but I'd like to see space on the right and left. |
