"I was jealous of the other roses..."by sarampoComment: Unique concept, but that white background, especially against the blurry yellow and red petals is painful to the eyes. The lack of human interaction also hurts this. If a hand was placing a petal, that would give the image some "life". As is, the elements are disconnected, figuratively. |

afternoon ship to Stockholmby kolasiComment: Excellent silhouette, but am drawn more to the sun and to the bird than to the dome and other structures. Overall it is one of the top images submitted to the challenge, but it does not convey the theme well enough to make it a top scorer... but close. |
