Frosted Candle Glowby ShamaComment: I think you could try cropping out the top 1/5 or so of the candle and burn in that bright spot on the candle's surface. That would make it a winner in my opinion. |

readmoreby SerGComment: Great idea, but I think you missed the shot. The outstretched arm is bathed in the light that should have been highlighting the offered book. Instead, the book is in reflected light and the image ,therefore, loses much of its power. |

Solitary Chair in Blueby olenaComment: I find myself wondering what's hiding in the dark. What is there doesn't seem too interesting. Maybe a different crop or angle would solve the problem. I like the effect you're getting on the chair, and the quality of the light behind the chair shadow. |
