I like the concept & I think it's been executed very well. The only thing I would change is the hand placement as it covers up too much of the main forcus of your shot - the card.

Love the soft feel of the cocoon, but I wish the caterpillar was more in focus, with more light on it. Also, the foreground / bottom of the photo is very distracting & overpowering, and doesn't really add anything. I think a tighter crop, maybe rotated so that the caterpillar seems to be crawling vertically, would help this out a lot.

Great action shot & you definitely captured a feeling of success, especially with the huge smile the trainer is wearing. Just seems a little over-exposed & and maybe slightly too high in contrast IMO. Still like it a lot though.
