Great idea - Maybe removing the top right and left "corners" and adding uniform lighting would improve this shot.

Is the person in the snow? I guess so. I would somehow enhance the fact that there is a person there, just so the viewer doesn't have to guess so much. Great colours / contrast and emphasis on the tree, leading our eye away from the true subject! 7
