Looking Through A Bottleby MattWComment: Wow this is abstract, and quite interesting! Creative idea, did you put the lens right up to the bottle top? |

3D Glass Pianoby KneeforuComment: This is a good subject for the challenge. Is that a glass etching? Good shot, the darkness isn't negative here, in fact it works well. The only thing I could criticise on is maybe that the whole thing gives me the impression it is leaning slightly to the left. |

Two Glassesby nimrod33333Comment: I had to look for a while to before I could guess which way around this glasses are - top or bottom! It is an interesting set-up. You managed to avoid getting in any reflections of yourself, good! |

It is fragile...by terrentiusComment: More broken glass! I wouldn't like to imagine how much glass was broken for this challenge! You had a good idea here, you didn't have to go round breaking good drinking glasses, just old light bulbs. Good work, I love the graininess here it works well. |

Blue Glass Ashtrayby tfarrell23Comment: Interesting set up especially with the ciggie hanging off the ashtray there. The lighting turned out well as well, nice work. |

Inner Glowby BeingCleverComment: This glass looks almost liquid with heat bubbles appearing all over the place. The effect is realistic although I know it isn't. Good depiction and choice use of lighting. |

Ouchby rickhd13Comment: Did you shoot the window on purpose, just for the glass challenge? The extent some people go to to get a good photo :-) Just joking, it turned out very well in fact. The texture created by your gunshot is very effective. Good luck with the challenge |

I prefer what's IN the glass!by bjc0001Comment: This is a different angle on the glass challenge, still good and original. If you think you can get an extra point or two by bribing me with chocolates, then you are absolutely right :-) It is colorful! The composition is good, I like the crop you chose to go with here. |

The Logby tyrkinnComment: Wow abstract! If you hadn't mentioned in the title what it is I wouldn't have guessed. But now that I look at it a little longer, I see it is a long cylinder of glass. It sure gives off an amazing effect with the light shining through it. The only part I find a little strange is that there is a gradient of shadows to lightness starting at the back to the front, then there is a sudden area of darkeness at the base of the log. Other than that, a very good submission. |

Black and Whiteby JeanComment: Good set-up. This image looks very focused and detailed. The refraction brings in an enhancing effect and somehow I get a feeling of cleanliness when I look at this photo, don't ask me why. Maybe because my wife got me to wash our windows yesterday :-) |
