Montrealby bormicComment: I like the concept here, the natural framing with the trees comes over well, especially bringing in the reds to break the grey cityscape colors. |

The View From Brooklynby RoosterComment: A little on the hazy side this pic. I would gone more with landscape format instead of portrait. Either that or used more of a wider angle. Also I would have moved your shooting position a little to the left and gotten in more of the cityscape. By moving more to the left you wouldn't have gotten in the lines of the bridge which are a little distracting. Just the thoughts that jumped to mind when I clicked on your pic. |

Foggy Bosphorus and the Rumeli Castleby DigitankComment: Good composition although a little too hazy. The boats bring in more interest so that it isn't just a plain urban landscape pic. I think in this challenge an extra element of interest is necessary. |

Urban Skyby ramoneComment: Wonderful perspective, very clear and sharp. The cloud is an added bonus which balances out the darkness/brightness perfectly. |

Gothenburg By Nightby MikaelComment: Good city night shot, full of life. A little on the soft side however. The cloudy dark sky brings in a good effect. It wouldn't be as impressive had it been totally black. |

17.09 at the Bullringby franComment: Looks like a kind of futuristic building. The stormy skies and color tones really do it for this image (9) |

City Blueby ExcelsiorComment: I like the stepping effect of the buildings and the chimneys from left to right. For some reason when I look at this pic I get the feeling that the right side is going to tip over, like when someone is sitting on the end of a bench and tips the whole bench? It isn't negative at all, just the first thing I thought when I saw this. Technically this is very good. |

The Jobber Factoryby lbWhaplesComment: The sepia toning is very fitting. I also like how you have included some of the railway track into the image. However, I would have prefered to have seen this in landscape instead of portrait. |

chicagoby tomzinhoComment: Beautiful silohuette shot combing sea, land and sky in a harmonious mix. The stormy looking clouds (which aren't stormy at all I guess) give this image a real boost - 9. |
