On the Dance Floorby KevinRiggsComment: Good idea! Lacks a little on saturation in my opinion. Top composition though and the lighting is also spot on (7) |

Boundaryby dsidwellComment: Beautiful serene photo. The softness of the snow amplifies the silence that this photo expresses. The barely visible mountains in the background hiding in the mist bring in another dimension to your photo. Top lighting, except for the lens flare, which is annoying in my opinion. Not so much the lens flare itself but the position it is in, in the middle of the wire (9) |

My Little Chickadeeby vtruanComment: Very convincing winter color tones, The blues and whites bring through the feeling of coldness. The graininess helps a little but I think there is slightly too much in your image. I wish I could see the eye, or at least a glint or something to tell me there is actually an eye there instead of a empty black area. As for the point of view aspect, well there isn't anything unusual or different in the perspective you have chosen. (7) |

Momby Frank BeckmanComment: Hi mom :) Nice countryside! Some traces of artefacting around the top of the hills, and I would probably have composed the image without centering your main subject so much. |

starsby imagesloyolaComment: Very good image, a pleasure to look at and well set up. The lighting is also almost spot on except for some harsh spots on the second flower from the top and the two bottom white ones. (9) |

Homeby johnmComment: This just has to be English with those chimney stacks!! Pity the sky is overcast, a crispy blue sky would have brought in excellent contrast against the greens and reds on the houses. This is still good though, just unfortunate about the skies. |

Highway from aboveby tfaustComment: Interesting landscape. What are those holes there, is that some kind of quarry? I do like this image, especially with the highway being a leading line into your pic. What is that airstrip kind of thing running in towards that hole? |

Mysterious lonleynessby asijComment: "Loneliness" (Sorry it's the English teacher coming out of me :)
A very serene and well composed photo. I can almost hear the silence here. It comes over a little on the flat side for some reason however, somehow the saturation isn't coming through as much as I would like. (8) |

Pool, anyone?by KamHarrisComment: A bit noisy and some hot spots on the balls from the harsh lighting. Otherwise a good idea for the challenge. |
