Art Schoolby posthumousComment: I'd really like to like this more, but it just doesn't work for me. the large rectangular areas above are just too dominating, the lines not strong enough except the too strong line dividing the middle

Two Womenby alonzo4bComment: nicely posed, great idea, unfortunately your lighting isn't up to it here. With the woman on the L looking at us with real eye contact, we need some light to see that. the shadows on her chest and cross don't work well either, the lighting on the other woman is a bit to harsh, but we could handle that
great effort, try again, don't be afraid to crop from the R for a bit more drama too

CHEESIN' EXUBERANCEby RoosterComment: what a great moment capturing her expression, unfortunately the lighting just didn't do it justice and its just not sharp enough
good try though 6

weedsby briantammyComment: too bad about that gizmo (is that the right term?) in the front lower l - it really takes away from the repeating lines and wind turbine shapes. great processing and I like the bright sky

Endless Flowersby nickdayComment: crop this before the flowers end and you get that effect, as it is you get a pole with a green flag on it and a very bright area in the upper R that is distracting. i like your angles though and the processing is not overdone - good job

Respectful greeting (Hongi)by seriocomicComment: fantastic moment, great lighting and b&w conversion. i find the chain on the L distracting as it goes against all the natural lines in the picture. i think you could crop this one just below their noses for a dramatic effect

Rainby alexgarciaComment: nice image, very clear, the leaves on the tree are a bit distracting, especially the one overlapping the church. looks like a beautiful spot, I'd love to visit

Thirstby violinist123Comment: really spectacular image, but there are tow things I think you could have done to make it much better - both imo of course. First a slower shutter speed to blur the water more would have been great, second crop from the bottom above the branch with leaves leaving the frame. Beautiful colors and finishing - the lighting on the tree is really fantastic. One of my favorites from the challenge

Perseverenceby ivale28Comment: the very strong, contrasty lines from the decking tend to break up the nice flowing curves of the plant. looks like you just missed on the top of the plant too
great eye to see this though and very nice processing
