This is a great way to show your apple, I really like the setup--
I am gonna say a couple things that probably have been commented on before though-

First, its noisy, check your ISO, and if it cant be hand held to get a suitable shutter speed at a lower iso, then get a cheap tripod.

Second, and Im not voting lower for this, you have a few hot pixels, in the members challenge they are easily coned out, but they cant here..

I really like the apple, next time use a tripos, shoot at a lower ISO-- or use neat image, Its legal in Open Challenges..

Still a 6- becuase I think this has potentential..
