The photo is too small and makes it hard to view your subject.

what is it. The lighting (well reflection) is way too bright. It lacks clear definition.

Comment:
Having some of the people in ghost motion and others in focus takes away from the photo slightly. There is a high amount of red in the photo as well. Lastly that hydrant in front is sort of distracting.

There is too much blur on both sides of the photo. Generally you want your subject more in focus than the background, but int this photo you have a diagonal focus line...makes the photo seem like you had mist or something on the lense.

The tilt on the camera makes it hard to look at, but it depends on how you have your camera oriented to cature the shot..your score may suffer because of it though. Capture the dog from a lower angle would also give more to the photo.

The tilt is bad, but that all depends on camera orientation. The photo doesn't really capture anything. I see a couple of buildings in the back ground, I see a boat in the background, but you lack an actual subject.

Moon over Cathedral

First there is the obvious rotation, but that is more of a camera orientation. It makes it harder to view the photo though. I notice that the church itself is out of focus. It was a good capture of the moon over the Cathedral though. you found the moon in a perfect spot.

Your subject is in the background, but your frame is the only thing in focus. it should be reversed.
