I think your background makes her look out of context. It looks like you copied her out of one background and pasted her into another (not to be confused with saying that you did...just saying that's the type of feeling I get from her. You didn't agreat job on her although the contrast between the dark and light makes her look almost fake. You really didn't need a border, it hurts the photo in this case.

Everything is out of focus. Not sure if you attempted a soft focus, but aside from the eyes everything looks blurry, which makes her eyes look a little off. My eyes are also being pulled to the over exposed area between the frame caused by her arm. I think your model is great, you have nice lighting (aside from the over exposure).
