I don't find it noisy, actually. Gave it a 7. But being from Munich I'm biased too. Did you visit Bavaria, or is this somewhere else?

And the feather - the Gamsbart (although admittedly it looks more like a feather) is the pride of the dancer. Can't be distracting by definition.

This is such a great idea!
It's a pity it's a bit dark, but with 1/4 of second probably all you could get out of it. Longer exposure - motion blur, higher ISO - more noise.
Given that, good job!
