love the car, but i can't see how it relates to the challenge at all, i'm going to guess you're new to this site since your picture is small, here's how to do it using photoshop, adjust image size, and take the largest dimension and set it to 640 pxls, then go to file>save for web, and adjust the quality til it's as close to 150kb without going over, then save
