Using a less busy background would have been better.. the contrast would have been better and the motion would have been more obvious.. and the light is a bit weak..

This is a difficult picture and it's quite great for something caught flying like that though the blue around the bird is distracting..

I think the picture is cut off too abruptly.. maybe a more wider frame would improve the picture..
