This is a difficult picture and it's quite great for something caught flying like that though the blue around the bird is distracting..

I think the picture is cut off too abruptly.. maybe a more wider frame would improve the picture..

The composition is slightly lacking.. everything seems backed up into the corner with unrequired negative space in the forefront.. Better positioning and lighting would have helped.. and maybe not using a distracting back colour would be better..
