The whole setup seems interesting but I think you could have been more creative with the composition.. maybe moving in closer and framing it from the left with more variation in dof would have helped..

I believe this picture would have been better with more context[i.e. more sense of where it's placed].. The narrow crop also doesn't work well here..

Really like the gritty feel of the image.. The contrast works well with the edititng but I almost missed the tar[inclusion of which makes the image cooler] so that's the only part that I wish was better illuminated

Great use of long exposure.. Perhaps the only thing missing is a distinct focal point that makes this picture stand out from other similar pictures..

I like the b/w conversion and how you've caught the feel of the area but including the buildings on the right shakes the balance and they seem too overexposed.. Maybe if you'd walked just a little to the right and gotten the sharp corner of the building.. that would have made the composition more simple and perhaps stronger. Another problem here is the black plastic bags seem completely camouflaged.. maybe moving in closer to get more detail would have helped..

Like the composition you've chosen.. The left side seems to be slightly darker than the right and that's slightly distracting..also the bottom half seems slightly cut off..

I really wish you'd kept up the contrast or pushed up the levels because I nearly missed the tire. Since it's darker where the pollution is the attention just doesn't go there..

Nice capture.. though you were obviously limited in capturing the picture[private property and stuff] you've got a complete view of the area to the voter.. though it is rather busy and there isn't anything to act as a focal point..

I think you've cropped/zoomed too much and much of the details are lost.. I can see this is a really nice idea but the execution is a let down..
