ooh lucky you, seeing the place.. I went there a year or two back.. very very pretty place.. but all the places I went to ended up being completely flattened by the earthquake so really dread making plans to go back..

This pic probably captures the essence of what's going on there... I went in from the 'other' side of Kashmire so I didn't see any military action at all..
