Those are car taillights. When the back of the car was visible to the camera, the taillights were more visible. When the side of the car turned towards the camera, the taillights were less visible. Seems obvious to me. |

Ocean side star trails by william88Comment: Very nicely done! Outstanding presentation. I think the sky is the subject and the sea coast is supportive. One of my top picks in this challenge. Although, I don't like the distortion of the concentric circles around Polaris. |
