Digital Photographer/Artistby shedonistComment: A very interesting effect here. Very painterly. The overexposure at the window behind you makes me cringe, though, and steals useful tonal range from the rest of the image. |

Apple Pickerby MrsKroComment: With a little reflection control, this would be excellent. Love the tight composition and sharpness, but the flourescents &c. detract. |

Reviving a Legendby CubComment: Lots of interesting elements, but rather spoiled by the soft focus (especially in the foreground). |

Shaken, not stirred... by AleciaComment: Here's a composition that would benefit from a little more symmetry. Shave just a fraction off the R side and shift the glass left. That nit aside, I'm impressed with your control of light and reflection. Glass is a tough subject. |

DeoxyribonucleicWHAT?! The Life of a Studentby KonadorComment: Nicely done. My only critique is that I'd like to see more of that light on the book instead of just having one corner brightly lit. It would make a nicer gradient on the wall, too. Small potatoes. Well done! |

Dream Jobby magnetic9999Comment: Yeah, Baby. Better, though, w/o the bright area behind the photog's hat. Steals useful tonal range from the rest of the image. |

Just a dreamerby SaturnineComment: Punch up the darks a little for more contrast. The whole right side washes out, especially in conjunction with the motion blur. |

Farmer's Harvestby erin_m02Comment: I love tight compositions, but I miss seeing the ends of the ears here. Nice tone, texture, color and sharpness. |

A Scribe's Businessby JakComment: Diffusing the flash with (for example) a piece of tissue would eliminate the distracting hotspot on the wood below the notebook. A tighter, less centered composition would add interest. What's with the nose? |
