I really like this image. There is so much to look at here but it doesn't distract from the face. You've managed, through lighting,focus, and processing to keep it strongly the focal point. His expression is wonderful, too.
I'm surprised it didn't score higher, and possibly one big reason is your sizing. We always like to see the largest possible size, to see all that great detail.
Nice work... I find this a very compelling image :)

The degree of saturation has even given the windowframe shadows and the foundation a level of green that I don't imagine they should have.
The shot is beautiful and I'd love to see it in a less intense version. :)
