No Bones About Itby jerrftComment: Being a dog lover, I'm particularly fond of this image. It's well executed and fits the challenge well without being morbidly depressing. Excellent sharpness on the treats and creative use of dof with the dog. I hope the puppy got to eat the props when you were done... 9
2/26 - Had to come back and change this to a 10... One of my three favorties this week. |

Invitation To A Suicideby GotchyaComment: Totally awesome shot. Meets the challenge perfectly PLUS has the "wow" factor. Great composition and I love the tones. The little white spots in the shoe really make the whole thing "pop" - and it's echo by the boat below gives a great feeling of depth. 10 |

Miseryby Bojan BonifacicComment: After voting on all of the shots in the challenge, I'm coming back and changing my vote on this one to a 10. One of my two favorites, and possibly the best in the entire category from a fine art perspective. This could hang in a museum. The placement of the hands and they character that they portray, without showing any semblance of a face, is just phenomenal. Another thing that contributes is the simple color scheme. The color in the shirt is matched perfectly by the cane. Composition is so strong dynamically, and I can't get over how much this says, in a quiet manner. This shot is a rare work and will be added to my favorites. |

....Time Goes Byby BitzComment: Beautiful b/w shot with just gorgeous tonal qualities to it. The soft folds in his coat have such texture, and the whole thing is framed beautifully. This is a truly beautiful, artistic shot. Congrats. |

Brokenby MalokataComment: This is a very striking image. I really like your composition and the high contrast. It adds a lot of drama. I also like how the gentleman is leaning out of where he is framed in the photograph - I think that helps add to the "despair" theme. |

..Goodbyeby dan_pendletonComment: I really like your use of the reflection. It adds another unexpected element to the image that other similar shots in the challenge don't have. Nice work. |

No Questions Askedby JakComment: As a pet lover, this completely breaks my heart. Maybe a bit of bounced light on the right would have evened up the lighting and made it technically better, but the overall impression is very fitting for the challenge. |
