Fly Away Homeby GordonComment: Wow. Totally awesome shot. Perfect exposure, focus and composition. The rich saturated greens of the grass contrast so nicely against the colors of the bug. Congrats on a great shot. 10 |

Fauna Under Constructionby gowf67Comment: Wonderful, creative and beautiful shot. Caught my eye immediately when looking at the thumbnails, and it even looks better in the large format. Great composition, nice saturated colors and exposure. 10 |

Bearby buck4freeComment: One of the most dramatic "dog shots" I've ever seen. I really think the high contrast works well in this image, and the light you captured really brings out the dog's eyes well. Great job. 10 |

3-D Botanyby dsidwellComment: I like this shot quite a bit. I'm interested in learning how it was done when the challenge is complete. |

Little but Wildby SonifoComment: I particularly like the lush green against the dry, almost colorless background. I've tried to take similar shots, but have never been this successful. Gorgeous. Composition is especially good, also. Thanks for not plopping it dead center! I bet this makes a beautiful print. Any chance it's going up for sale??? :) 9 |

Floraby robbiehComment: I love this shot. The bold sweeps of colorful blooms work well against the man's bright yellow coat. One of the better shots of the challenge. I wish I could see another version from an angle that put the lines created by the tulips into more of a diagonal composition to add a bit more of a dynamic to the shot, but overall very nice. 9 |

Forestby AntithesisComment: This was one of my favorites of the challenge for its simplicity and originality. Nice lines - this really has an "artsy" feel to it. 9 |

For You Mommyby OneSweetSinComment: Obviously not the most beautiful flower in the challenge, but one of the most creative presentations. Brings a true feeling of being a kid again to the viewer. (I remember thinking dandilions were flowers and picking them for my mother.) The short dof works perfectly, making the child a bit more anonymous letting anybody relate to this shot. Nice work. 9 |
