The fact that the people have stopped to look at the car in the rain (one w/o umbrella) really adds a nice subliminal message to this. Without the people this is merely a great shot.

Two contrasting objects make this an intriguing photo. White/black, visible/hidden, and familiar/unknown, each object is additionally framed by shapes that reinforce and strengthen the individual. Your use of DOF was perfect for the scene. Excellent.
