A pleasing shot, but in the context of this competition needs something extra special to break out of the 5-6 zone. One thing - you need to lose the blue rope, it drags the eye over to the left.

This gets a 9 from me and equal highest score. Just the reflection in the chrome bumper spoild what otherwise is a perfect car image.

The simple monochrome with the highlight on the boat is just terrific. I particularly like the backdrop of the distant towers. I guess if I had to be picky then the fact that not all the masts are complete would knock half a point off in competition. Masterful.

Shame you didn't have enough depth of field to keep the cop and the gun in focus, whilst knocking out the background. Especially the gun needs to be in focus.

This is goping to sound brutal, but please take this in the way it isntended, as an honest critique.

The lighting is really not helping here, its flat and provides no definition. The eye is bang central, both vertically and horizontally, it may have been better to have it higher or lower, just to break up the composition. Also the eye looking away reduces the impact.

All in all a fairly non-descript image which with some thought could have been much much better.
