a very literal interpretation of the theme. I think it needs something more though, its a fairly bland image.
just noticed that the tip of the screw driver (the most important part) is out of focus. I would suggest that the tip is where they eye wants to rest, but its uncomfortable there because of the focus

In my experience toys, ornaments, flags and soft focus tend not to go down well at DPC. Unfortunately you have a fair number of these elements in your image.

OK so why is this going to bomb?
Well for me there is nothing here which makes me want to stop and look at it for more than about half a second. Its such a literal representation of the challenge theme without any attempt to give it any zap or wow factor.

DPC is not just about meeting the challenge, its about doing it with some style, some attempt at art. Try some different lighting, try a few gimmicks, experiment, learn and enjoy. My guess is this tokk about 3 minutes to set up and shoot, which is why your voters will take a proportionate amount of time to dismiss it.
