this would be awesome the post card challenge! Bringing down the levels would darken the sky and bring out the stars a bit more.

Lots of issues here, focus, color balance, focal point, distracting foreground twigs. Better post processing would help, but I think you need a better angle, maybe get closer to one of the ducks.
