Sycamore Gapby AngelisComment: The pathway inviting the viewer to wander into the picture to the tree is pleasant. I think that with a little overt processing, some of the colouring could be boosted and a more dramatic effect achieved. |

Lone tree overlooking the waterby lmccormickComment: Nice location. It looks like the haze was not cooperating with your timing. I wonder if there might be a way to either boost the colour or reduce it to a sepia tone? |

Enchanted Treeby KelliComment: Your photo makes me tilt my head to find out more. I think it is of roots? I like the general colouring - like a patina. |

Alone at Sunsetby JacquiDComment: Upstanding among its own kind. The sunset is a little on the bright side to me. But the location looks interesting. |

California Oakby KnightmovesComment: It's a fine view and must be an interesting location to explore. I wonder if there is a way to isolate the tree more on the right hand side? |

Lone Treeby fotodudeComment: Nice if somewhat despondent view. The grassy, sandy location makes the tree unusual. Perhaps clone out the tree? peeking into the left side. |

Lighting of the Treeby camphanComment: Natural stasis versus manic machinery ;-) It's a lively rendition. I wonder how it might be improved a little? The idea seems to be worth developing. |

Poor Twisted Meby hopperComment: That's a nice lush bit of nature. The dead old tree makes it appear even lusher. Each element in this picture supports the others. |

Mediterranean Summerby ksymeonComment: The polarizer works wonders, does it not. I can remember many a summer on the beaches of Greek islands. Your photo brings back the smells of the pines and the herbs growing along the cliff tops. Great days. Enjoy yours! |
