Another one where I really like the idea for the composition, and the colours, pink on black. For me, the focus isn't quite working on this one, mainly because my eyes are confused when looking at it, sort of like, where am I supposed to be looking here? And there are the distractions at the edges, and my eyes are drawn to them. But I really like the idea for this compo.

Hmmmm. It looks rather noisy and oversharpened? Way to come out blunt, Ursula! Anyway. I like the concept of this one, the hot pink colours with all the black/dark green accent, and the light yellow to white to illuminate it. But unfortunately the treatment sort of harms the presentation, imo. Oh well. :)

Roses and waterdrops seem to go together very well. I wonder if using a polarizer lens would help with this - there seems to be a lot of brightness that could be saturated and toned down with it. Polarizers do wonders for wet environments!

A flower lost in the rain. I like the feel of it. I have to say that I don't much care for the heavy black border - the flower is so light and delicate, and the border seems like a prison for it.

I like the almost metallic look of this. It looks dark, yet not heavy. I also like the way the little light thing in the middle glows.
