Hi,

I like the muted colours, and the soft striping of the water.

One of the first things that shows up when this picture first pops-up is that the horizon line is tilted - you usually can adjust that in post-processing by rotating your image. I also get the feeling that a landscape (rather than portrait) orientation would do well for this particular kind of image.

I think probably one of the hardest things in making images is to think about what you want to say with the image. What is it that the image is all about.

@Kali, one thing that helps is to take a burst of photos, that is, 3 or 4 in a row when you handhold - for some reason, usually one of them is clear (I don't know why, but it works for me).
