Pretty good use of selective desaturation. Good composition. IMHO, for the image to be "perfect" the flower would need to be perfect, and it unfortunately isn't.

Ah, very nice! The colours are rich and juicy. The bokeh is beautiful, and the sharpness is great where it's supposed to be. The stem behind the lace is rather distracting though. (7)

Nice, beautiful pinks, good light, good composition (although I'm wondering if rotating to a landscape would work better, or even flipping upside down - something to try). I think the one thing I find a bit disconcerting about the image is that it is "almost" straight on, but at a slight angle, and the angle is away from where my eyes are moving (if that makes sense). It's sort of like the flower is looking in the wrong direction. (7)
