I like the picture very much. As for a motivational poster, IMHO it's way, way too busy (way too many words and other decorative stuff). A motivational poster (again just my opinion) needs to be simple and to the point, get the main idea across in one glance. This one, you have to read a lot. [but what do I know about that kind of stuff, next to nothing :) ]

This is quite beautiful, well done in particular as far as exposure goes. As a composition, for my taste it's a bit too centred to work; if it were me, I'd moved the camera slightly to the left, to get the front petal in to the picture in it's entirety (the petal that's cut off just a bit), while at the same time cutting off a fair bit more off the back petal (the one that's cut off about 1/4-1/3 now). But people have different views you know.

Lovely flower, lovely colour. As a picture though, I'm finding it a bit difficult to look at because there's no clear point on which to focus, that is, what is in focus doesn't seem to be the same as what my eyes wish were in focus (if that makes sense).
