This looks to me more like a long exposure image capitalizing on waterblur, rather than one where bokeh is strongly present and showcased. The image is too small to appreciate really well, but I like the water, and the rocks, but not so much the pieces of rock intruding at bottom or the rather harsh artificial light. It also feels a little like it might have too much empty space at right. ~5

My hands

Good idea. The fingertip needs to be a tad sharper though. Maybe include just a little more of the face and a little less of the hand at right. The red toys (??) at top are a distraction, and could be removed prior to shooting for a cleaner composition. A cleaner compo of this might also look very good in black and white. I think I would also try to remove the piece of blanket between the hand and the face, or put it further back, so it's softer. ~6

Neon Spider

Ahhh, a glow-in-the-dark spider! Obviously your intent, going by the title :) Good capture. It's hard to tell at this size, but focus seems to be right in front of the spider, not straight on it. The out of focus droplets make for a beautiful frame for this spider. ~7

Buff-bellied Hummingbird

Beautiful capture. I wish there was a little more space around the bird, especially at bottom and left (in front and below). It looks a little cramped in this frame. The image showcases the bird details much more so than the bokeh aspect of the image. ~6
