Smell My Breathby Art RoflmaoComment: ... or ... NEWS FLASH! Toddler eats pet dog! [just teasing].
This is a very personal moment, and likely a memory that you're going to cherish for years to come. It is also probably too personal an image to do well at a very public contest such as the challenges here. |

Jean's Mumby suemackComment: An excellent candid, and probably a wonderful memory for either you or whoever you took this image for. Her smile and her eyes are priceless! I like it that the whole image is in tones of red (is that her favourite colour?). It is probably a bit too personal a picture for it to do well in a very public contest such as this one. |

You Gonna Finish That?by w4jzzComment: The two birds talking to each other makes this image. Your choice of DOF is very good for the situation. I like the colours also, all warm, the reds against yellows and browns. What doesn't work so well is that the picture doesn't look quite sharp (and this kind of picture really needs to be razor sharp to work). Also, it would be good to throw just a little bit more light onto the eye of the bird in front; as it is right now, the brightest area is right behind the eye, on the feathers, and it makes the eye look dull. |

Just Posted...by TwigComment: First thought that comes to mind -- that is a weird place for a green woman to hide! I guess that is the point of the image? The "weirdness" of the situation. I hope I'm not missing the point. From a technical POV, the bottom front leaves are rather unsharp, and since they are quite prominent to the picture, they annoy somewhat. You get points for different thinking :) |

Sacred Valleyby davemceComment: I don't know what makes it sacred, but it has that look about it, of peace and quiet, and a place that you can rest for a while. The inclusion of the burros (?) in front really adds to the mood. Beautiful gentle tones throughout also. |

Salt Marsh at Winter's Endby Bear_MusicComment: I like the composition, but the processing stands out way too much for my personal taste. Also, the bars at top bottom, no matter how fashionable at this time, do not work well IMO. ~5 |

cieliby gnappComment: :) And a little tiny bit of window. Those airplaine windows sure make for strange colours on a sunny day! I like it that you kept the reference in the image. |
