I don't think this works like a photograph. feels like you are just documenting a piece of graphic art. You could say there was some choice in cropping the art, but the choice was to make it perfectly centered and symmetrical. Maybe this is 3 dimensional, but even in that case, it is still a piece of graphic art that is clearly meant to be seen from this exact point of view. All this is debatable of course, and I do enjoy such discussions.
