diagonalsby mitalapoComment: I love Modern Times peeking from the side. I swear I was already seeing this as a parade of Chaplins before I saw that sign. |

-----by RKTComment: there's something to this, photographs of curtains.
there's some metaphor here. something to do with curtains opening like the camera shutter, and quickly closing again. something to do with separation of inside and outside, a separation of worlds. Something to do with a soft, changing border. Something to do with letting in light but nothing else. |

Four - 1/8/19by colorcarnivalComment: all the color of the previous day spilled onto the parking lot. You can't see the colors because they soaked into the asphalt, but you can smell them |

It is the Prayer of Time Travel
Oh Lord, forget these late centuries, that I may live in some old memory of yours, when your name was on everyone's lips. |

1 of 3by instepsComment: these photos create the illusion of pure black and whiteness, no grays. As if you've figured out the world for us and drawn it simply. But of course you haven't. You've only revealed the mystery, not solved it. |

half planeby mitalapoComment: I love that one person is bisected by a wall, the other by the frame of the photo itself. and I love that the wall is slightly tilted. Great shot. |

SP.1by mariucaComment: I love that you call these self portraits. If you had called them street shots and hoped we didn't notice you, it would be an entirely different and less interesting concept. I much prefer the idea of you dissolving, collapsing, and fragmenting into your photos. |

-----by RKTComment: the only really distinct lines are of the leaves and branches. everything else, even the glass, just fades into what's next to it. We might intuit where things end and begin, but we can't actually see it. |
