Dark Princess Castleby arnitComment: Good dramatic lighting and composition. My only wish is a little more emotion from the model. Right now she just looks a little peeved. |

Desperation: Poverty's Childby L1Comment: He looks poor, but not desperate. Still, you're engaging the reader with a sympathetic character. So it's not a big draw, but it's a draw. And he's framed nicely, too. An overall good composition, with the option of putting text on the right. |

Desert Paradise Callingby rjksteschComment: I'm not getting a sense of "paradise," just desert. I suppose this could be a nature documentary, but the poster is not conveying the sense of "paradise" |

Dead People's Crescendoby TitiaComment: interesting title. the image, though quite pretty, isn't too exciting but does hint at some symbolic meaning that relates to the title. It fulfills the challenge but isn't a big draw. |

Driving People Crazyby GunnsiComment: it would be more effective if she looked a little crazier, but the composition is good and does set up a movie. So you fulfilled the challenge. |

Deadly Parrot Clawby Rando D300Comment: one of the things I've learned from voting this challenge is that balanced compositions don't make for good movie posters. They tend to create a sense of satisfaction, which is fine for viewing a photo, but not good for making a viewer want to see more. For that reason, and also because the claw would be more threatening if there were some space underneath it, this picture isn't convincing me that there's a whole movie worth seeing about a parrot claw, even if it deadly. It's close, though. The head and claw are great. A different crop might have done it. |

Divine Princess Codby Ragga2000Comment: That's wonderful. You've created a creepy, intriguing fantasy world. The muted colors work well to create a subdued surrealist mood (fish always help with surrealism, too). |
