In a moment of Indecisionby dahkotaComment: hmm... that looks like Judi's hair... regardless, what I like is the paint behind the mask, and the pattern projected onto the mask, suggesting layer upon layer of pretense, or facade, or persona. 8 |

Arctic Majestyby phinbobComment: Love the crop, suggesting the giant form without revealing its full size. His face seems to be scrunching under the pressure of his own mass. 8 |

A Perfect Day for Grayby NeilComment: a shape of rocks among other shapes of rocks becomes your subject, existing only in your eye. how did you get the bird to be in the perfect location? I love the brief white of the foam; I love the sea disappearing into fog. 8 |

Wedgedby jgm5015Comment: ah, sweet mystery of the magic eight ball. it is as if you have captured a dream, only to leave it just beyond our reach. There is only one score I can give such a picture: 8 |

Where is the milk??by MilacroftComment: cat shape + bottle shape interacting directly yet missing each other. the bottle is deliriously sharp and wet, yet the cat is dark and fuzzy with enigma. great crop and composition. a delirious curvy diagonal takes the eye from top right to bottom left. 8. |
