At the end of the lineby luddeComment: I'm voting you higher because of the soft focus and/or graininess of this. It has a soft mood, somewhere between sad and beautiful. |

End of the Lineby LSchraderComment: how did you get that sailboat to float over her head like that? How did you bring the dreams of a young girl to life? How did you bring heaven down to earth? Why, with leading lines, of course! 10 |

The Playersby whiteroomComment: perfect fulfillment of challenge. this is like the moment of creation, when nothingness is on the edge of becoming something... characters, a story. It all begins with the separation of light from darkness. We see Kaos staining the left side of the picture, and we see darkness pierced by divine shafts of white. smells like jjbeguin to me... 10 |

Human Achievementby juliusckyComment: this is just fascinating. somehow everything on the bottom of the picture is iconic. The Business Man, the Port-o-San, the Bridge, the Yacht, the Power Line. Those horizontal lines somehow make everything abstract and in motion. This is an artist's photograph more than a photographer's photograph. 10 |

lost in a daydreamby parrotheadComment: Wow. I hope I get to see this on the homepage. the exposed midriff is a little distracting but it doesn't bother her so why should it bother me? Not just a glorious composition, but a perfect execution of the challenge. 10 |

Clearance Aheadby xXxscarletxXxComment: I can't even tell what that is, but its reflective and shimmery and invasive. Where are you taking me? I love this shot. 10 |

Tunnelby Herblacklist12Comment: one of my favorites for this challenge. Minimalist and yet noisy at the same time. The lines are subtle yet rough. The face for all its tininess is expressive and commanding. 10 |

Huntingby SoultComment: beautiful textures throughout this photo. I love that there are lines on the cat as well. Stellar fulfillment of the challenge. 10 |
