this has got to be the best wedding photo ever in the history of mankind. the whole photo is on fire. they are Shakespearean sprites, captured before flitting out of existence, before being lost in translation, understandable only to some strange hillbillies on an island in Virginia who still speak Elizabethan. The dialog is written on their faces in perfect iambic pentameter.

Actually this is utterly photographic. It is a photographic commentary on drawing, NOT drawing. To call this a drawing is like calling a photograph of a car a parking lot.

this makes me think of the book of nature. each leaf(?) looks like a closed book. I like that idea of a unity composed of many. and I like the sharp dark edges, hinting of danger.
