ok, you're working in a genre here and this certainly doesn't transcend the genre but it is a good example of the genre. The orangish tones in the trees match the tiger nicely. I also like how there are just three trees visible and they fade into darkness, kind of like the reverse of the tiger stripes. Also good is the crop. You leave just enough tiger for us to understand his pose and what it might mean, the noble, inquisitive upraised chin. Friend or food? he seems to be asking. One ear is perked. He looks like he would be a great conversationalist.

I gave this a 7. Basically, that means I love the capture, I love these women. I didn't vote it higher because the composition is pretty standard, you just cropped as close to them as possible, and there's some bright white clutter (bags, blanket(?), cooler) that I find distracting. But the women are so cool. One woman has no head (just a hat) and the other woman is just a floating head with a hint of a torso.
