midnight musician by Shadowi6Comment: so many have tried to create negative space in the majority of the frame, you are one of very few to pull it off. it is done by strategic placement of highlights. It reminds me of a game of Go. |

now that I think about it, the bird's intrusion into the negative space does a remarkable job of dividing it up... so the light parts are "negative" and the black parts are "positive". now, that can be switched around, but such is often the case for good negative space. |
