i think the noise works well to make the distortions seem "real". I gave this a 9 because it is also nice to look at for some reason, at least partially because of the nice color.

Nik free version has always been a part of my processing and it's not working with the latest Photoshop update. I think it would have helped. Regardless I should have stayed in my comfort zone and entered the black and white version.

I personally strongly prefer the color version. the black and white loses the intensity of the light.
