this photo slowly comes into view. first the face. or first, those eyes, then the face. then the hands round the face, then seeing whose hand is whose. then I see the fly above his eye. and then the last details come into view... another fly... a ring. It's this inability to be seen all at once that makes this photo special.

I almost have a knee jerk reaction against tonemapping but whatever you did here serves to make the fish seem like they are floating in space. It's quite beautiful.
