Africaby scooter88Comment: Remarkable angularity. The wall of camels is incredible. All the subjects are in fact lined up perfectly, pleasing to the eyes but so perfect as to be unsettling. I mean that in a good way. |

Into the blueby PiscatorComment: Fellini would approve. A fleeting vision of someone we almost saw once in a youth we almost remember. |

" Big Brother " à la Chicagoby AlainComment: I don't like photos of paintings but your crop and those small elements on the bottom really transform the painting into something shocking, fantastical and insidious. I am intrigued and disturbed. |

Children Of Warby cregoComment: I love these kids. I love how they refuse to merely make a point, they refuse to pretend that you aren't there or pretend that you represent something more than yourself and they must appeal to that. Instead, they treat you as a human being who happens to be holding a camera. And that is how I must consider them. I adore them, just as people should adore each other. The child in the middle is of course beautiful, and smiling sincerly, almost giddily. The child to her right is frozen in a state of pure joyous laughter. The child to her left has an expression that would have worked for a typical Save the Children poster, but in the context of this photograph we know is just a typical child's curiosity. Or is it? These children, human as they are, are not typical, at least not the typical of my world. Humanity in inhuman situations. It makes me want to stop invading, stop warring, stop terrorizing, stop incurring. All this from one photograph. |

Beach Dreamsby AliciaComment: This is so unreal. I love the fluffy abyss that runs all the way down the middle of this image and threatens to absorb it completely. |

'til death do us part...by xtianComment: I like how soft they are and how hard everything else is. I like how there's no sky and no edges, like the world is disappearing from the outside in. |
