well it's sharp but DPC will have trouble getting over the fact that you're taking a picture of food garbage. The angle and the white background de-emphasize the "butterfly effect" which is the only thing the photo has going for it. A two from me and from DPC a 5.55

This looks like a vawendy shot. Somehow she gets away with things, like a black cat disappearing into a black background, and only dodging the area around the head of the cat to create a strange halo, that other photographers would get knocked down for. So with calculations for her black magic I'll guess DPCers will focus on the cuteness and give this a 6.2

I'm not sure about this. DPC might not like the softness, but they might like the glow. I doubt it will reach your guess, though. Some voters will notice that the sharpest focus is on the foreground instead of the subject. They hate that! The main thing I like about this is the subtle composition, but DPC won't like that. This is a four from me and from DPC a 5.87

This seems very fecal to me, but DPC will like the obviousness of using coffee tones for a shot of coffee, and DPC will like the overbearingness of having coffee beans in a coffee saucer even though that makes no sense. Plus this is really sharp without halos. You are good at sharpness. So a three from me but DPC will give you a 6
