Lighting seems pretty dull here, as well as contrast. Maybe try a b&w conversion to help this one out along with a lot of contrast to make it pop more. Hope these comments helped, if you have any questions feel free to pm me.

This would benefit from a better layout of the candles, it seems like you just place them at random, maybe try lining up from tallest to shortest or vice versa. Different things like that can add a lot. Also a faster shutter speed could help. I'd like to see it a bit darker so that the flames aren't blown out. Just my advice. Interesting idea though.

I think this would benefit a lot from a shallower dof so that just the fence is in focus or just the city is in focus, and some work with the composition could help. Typically the "rule of thirds" is helpful to try and follow. Here the horizon is right in the middle of the photo which takes away from the shot. I think getting more sky and less flowers could help. Hope thats helpful.

This shot has a lot of potential, it looks like the lighting was a little dull which in turn made the colors a little dull. Maybe try this one in black and white and do some dodging on the hat to really make it stand out, nonetheless a great tribute and a nice shot. Sorry comments took so long, hope they are helpful.
