Swans (and a pigeon)by MelethiaComment: Whoa, this is so nice. He want's to join them but it's so funny that he's so small. The sweet spot is just on the right place. I'd just use different toning, the bluish gray [if there is a color like that ;-)] does not emphasize the opposition of these fellows, I mean, I'd make the swans be white to death and the pigeon black as death. |

Well, I would dare to say that the toning was done pretty good "in camera" ;-) Take a look at the original photo. The light was amazing and it formed these beautiful shadows all over the place. The editing included the E4B_Platino_V2 action that was available for a free download at the atncentral.com and some dodge&burn to enhance the shadows. The trick is to play with the opacity settings of the plug-in's parameters, to taste of course. |

Yup, it's always handheld with LB, at least with the 2.0 version ;-) It's just that I can be pretty still while waiting for a good shot. |
