Slinky

Comment:
The colors and compaosition are striking, well done and beautiful. The image is, however, a little noisy for my taste; there are abundantly grainy portions of the slinky red, indigo and violit bands.

I love how crocked the propellar is. It does not look like this plane is very well adapted to flight. The sky is a little bland to be honest. Generally it is a fun shot.

The lighting is great, as are the tones. It's an odd angle but all is explained by the title. I am impressed.

The border is a nice addition. It makes the image more than a simple snapshot. It is also a very honest picture. I do, however, whish it was not as washed out, that is, the cement is very white.

One More Empty Swingset
by azooyorkmystery

Comment:
It is dramatic and perhaps a little unnerving. It is also intesting owing to the necessity of the viewer to figure it out, i.e. it is not a typical image of a swingset. It's also minimalsitic which I like.

This is an exciting action shot. I like the border - it fits the subject matter. This image really calls to mind the nostalgic notion of fishing with one's father. Good work.

The implied motion in this image is truly clever. I also am impressed with the choice of having the tee in focus rahter than the shell of the golf ball.

I almost feel that the entirity of the hydrant should have been preserved rather than the shadow thereof had such a choice been necesiitated by composition restraints.

What a beautiful tree. I really enjoy your choice of frame as well.
