The arrangement looks too staged, especially the placement of the knife. DOF is a bit shallow, had preferred to have at least a part of the mushroom sauce in focus. Your lighting is very good, considered you had only one light source. Composition works, but as mentioned, I had placed the knife the other way round. Don't think, the black background helps the image, the kitchen floor or the kitchen counter had given the image a more realistic feel.

sun is not an artificial light source, so, unfortunately, DNMC. besides that it's a very good capture, like the colors and composition, aspect ratio and border work fine here.
