Good pic, and composition. To me the background is not enhancing the subject. This might have worked better as a color image for a bokeh challenge. Then we could have seen the play between all of the different colors in the image.

This is too small to tell what is going on or even if you truly have bokeh in the pic, since you did not use the full 640 pixels allowed, it is hard to make out a lot of the detail. There is a tutorial about resizing for dpc, please read it and don't give up.
